This website is operated by BlazeModifications. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BlazeModifications. BlazeModifications offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
By using or purchasing "Blaze Modifications" products or services you are confirming that you have agreed to and will adhere to our full list of terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and use of Blaze Modifications you will be restricted from using and or purchasing the products.
2: BLAZE MODIFICATIONS REFUNDS POLICY
Blaze Modifications has a strict refund policy when it comes to digital (non physical) products, we sadly cannot offer refunds on digital products as they cannot be tracked or returned to us after the customer has purchased the "digital item".
Charge backs:
Charge backs are also against our terms and service and if you are a customer using a "charge-back" to exploit or breach our terms and conditions you will be banned from purchasing any more items from Blaze Modifications and we will provide proof to the credit card company of our terms and conditions that the product was supplied to the customer without any issues.
In the case of Commission orders:
Terms and conditions can vary for custom orders as the product made by Blaze is entirely built by scratch to the customers wants and needs. No refunds can be issued for customers, unless the product is faulty or couldn't be fulfilled properly by Blaze (this does not include design as it can be re-worked by Blaze)
3: Blaze Mods Product Promotions
Some Items shown in Blaze Mods Photos are not included in packs ( for showcase uses and others being textures for paid Models) which is shown in the description of the pack we will show you clear information on where to buy if you open a ticket in our discord.
4: USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF BLAZE MODS PRODUCTS AND OR SERVICES
Blaze Modifications products is provided to the customer is the purpose of use for Fivem & single player (lspdfr) gameplay.
Blaze modifications products are not provided for the use of:
- Reselling (individual items / whole pack)
- Editing / modifying the product
- Unlocking EUP / vehicle models to modify them
- Redistributing the item to outside people (not in your server dev team)
- Reclaiming the items as they were created by yourself or your server
Commission orders information:
Blaze and the team reserve the right to be able to redistribute items that were commissioned to the customer in the form of another packaged or added on to be made into a listed package.
5: EXTERNAL 3RD PARTY WEBSITES
Apart from (https://blazesmods.com/) and (https://www.lcpdfr.com/profile/491402-blazes-modifications/) Blaze Modifications has no other verified websites and if you decide to download / purchase any products from there it is at your own risk. Blaze Modifications do not associate with those websites and if caught downloading our products from these 3rd party "leaking" sites you will be banned from purchasing from our online store and via discord.
6: PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information that is collected is stored safely by our website provider (Shopify) and is unable to be accessed by anyone other than the Blaze Modifications "management team."
